Ingredients
- 2/3 c. green onion minced
- 3 Tbsp. thyme leaves
- 3 Tbsp. peanut oil
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. fresh ginger chopped
- 1 Tbsp. garlic chopped
- 1 x habanero or possibly serrano chili chopped
- 1 x bay leaf
- 1 tsp coriander
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/3 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp allspice
- 4 x skinless boned chicken breast
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except chicken, mixing to blend well. Coat chicken with spice mix.
- Marinate in covered container, refrigerated, several hrs or possibly overnight. Grill chicken on covered grill over med. coals, 4-6 minutes. on each side, cooking thoroughly.
