- 2 c. Cooked chicken, diced
- 1/2 c. Fatfree honeymustard dressing
- 1 tsp Finely shredded lime peel
- 2 tsp Jamaican jerk seasoning, (2 to 3)
- 2 lrg Fresh mango's, chilled and sliced
- 12 c. Mixed greens, (romaine, bok choy, iceberg, celery, green onions), cut
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine mixed greens. In a small bowl, mix fatfree dressing, lime peel and jerk seasoning.
- Combine dressing mix, chicken, mangos and greens.
- Makes 6 servings.
