Ingredients
- 2 tsp Active dry yeast
- 1 1/2 c. King Arthur white wheat flour
- 1 1/2 c. King Arthur special (bread) flour
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 1 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 c. Monterey jack, shredded
- 1/2 c. Red bell pepper, cored, seeded & minced
- 1/4 c. Jalapeno pepper, cored, seeded & minced
Directions
- All ingredients should be at room temperature before starting. Add in the first 8 ingredients to the pan in the order listed. Select "White Bread".
- Press "Start". Add in the remaining ingredients towards the end of final kneading, when the "beeps" sound.
