Ingredients

  • 1 sm Onion, minced
  • 1/4 x -(up to)
  • 1/2 lb Cheddar, shredded
  •     Butter or possibly margarine
  • 1 can (4-ounce) green chiles, liquid removed, minced, or possibly use fresh
  • 1 can (16-ounce) refried beans
  •     Salt & pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Imagination.
  2. Saute/fry onions in butter; add in other ingredients & stir over low heat. Serve hot.
