Ingredients
1 sm Onion, minced
1/4 x -(up to)
1/2 lb Cheddar, shredded
Butter or possibly margarine
1 can (4-ounce) green chiles, liquid removed, minced, or possibly use fresh
1 can (16-ounce) refried beans
Salt & pepper to taste
Directions
Imagination.
Saute/fry onions in butter; add in other ingredients & stir over low heat. Serve hot.
