Ingredients
- 1 c. mashed potatoes
- 2 stk margarine softened
- 3 x Large eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 c. sugar
- 7 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. lukewarm water
- 1 pkt active dry yeast
Directions
- Blend together potatoes, margarine, Large eggs, salt and sugar; add in flour. Mix yeast in hot water; add in to flour mix. Place in greased bowl; cover. Refrigerate30 min. Dough will be alittle sticky. Roll out dough about 1/2-inch thick and cut with a biscuit cutter. Cover and let rise 3 to 5 hrs. Bake at 375 F. for about 10 min.
- Makes 4 dozen rolls
