Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. Butter
  • 3 3/4 c. Green Peppers, minced fine
  • 1 1/2 quart Mushrooms,canned
  • 10 Tbsp. Pimientos, canned
  • 1 1/4 tsp Garlic, dehydrated
  • 2 1/2 tsp Pepper, black
  • 2/3 c. Parsley, dehydrated
  • 1 1/4 gal Brown gravy
  • 1 1/4 c. Tomato paste
  • 100 x Steaks Breaded Veal Steaks

Directions

  1. Saute/fry peppers, mushrooms, pimientos and garlic in butter or possibly margarine 3 min. Add in pepper and parsley. Cook 2 min. Set aside for use in Step 3.
  2. Prepare 4/5 recipe (1 1/4 gal) Brown Gravy. Add in tomato paste; mix well.
  3. Bring to boil, stirring constantly.
  4. Add in gravy mix to mushroom mix. Stir. Keep warm for use in Step 5.
  5. Place steaks on pans. Bake 20 min. Turn steaks. Bake 15 min or possibly till thoroughly heated and browned.
  6. Serve each steak with 2 ounce (1/4 c.) warm mushroom sauce.
  7. NOTE: Jaegerschnitzel is traditionally served with French fries, peas and carrots.
  8. I do not know if you can reduce and use or possibly not but thought you could get the idea.
