Ingredients
- 1 x Cucumber, peeled, seeded and minced
- 3 Tbsp. Mint leaves & mint spigs, finely minced
- 1Â 1/2 c. Apple juice or possibly still cider
- 1 c. Lemon sorbet
- 1 c. Ice cubes
Directions
- Place the cucumber, mint, apple juice or possibly cider, sorbet and ice in a blender, and blend till smooth. Garnish with mint, and serve.
- Yield: 216-oz servings.
