Directions

  1. Combine sugar and corn syrup in a 2-qt pan over medium heat. Heat till sugar dissolves, stirring regularly (about 5 min).
  2. When sugar has dissolved, add in vodka and stir well. Remove mix from heat and cover tighly with lid. Let cold.
  3. Add in peppermint extract to mix and pour into a sealable bottle.
