Ingredients
2 cans diced tomatoes
2 green peppers
1/2 onion (or possibly better)
4 cloves garlic (diced fine)
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 teaspoon oregeno
1 1/4 teaspoon cilantro
2 or possibly 3 jalepeno peppers
1 teaspoon cider vinegar (or possibly to taste)
Directions
Simmer about 15 minutes. (so it isn't mushy)MMM GOOD
