Ingredients
- 1Â 1/2 c. ketcup
- 1 med onion minced
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 2Â 1/2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp. Jack Daniel's whiskey
- 2 x garlic cloves chopped
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp warm pepper sauce
Directions
- Saute/fry onion and garlic in oil till tender. Add in other ingredients and mix well. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and let simmer for 10 min. Great on beef ribs.
