Ingredients: 1/2 lrg Onion, minced; 4 x Cloves garlic, minced; 2 c. Ketchup; 1/3 c. Vinegar; 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce; 1/2 c. Brown sugar, packed; 3/4 c. Molasses; 1/2 tsp Pepper; 1/2 Tbsp. Salt; 1/4 c. Tomato paste; 2 tsp Liquid barbecue smokeae; 1/2 tsp Tabasco sauce, to taste Burbon or possibly whisky, to taste

Ingredients

1/2 lrg Onion, minced
4 x Cloves garlic, minced
2 c. Ketchup
1/3 c. Vinegar
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. Brown sugar, packed
3/4 c. Molasses
1/2 tsp Pepper
1/2 Tbsp. Salt
1/4 c. Tomato paste
2 tsp Liquid barbecue smokeae
1/2 tsp Tabasco sauce, to taste Burbon or possibly whisky, to taste

Directions

Combine onion, garlic and burbon in a 3 quart saucepan. Saute/fry till onion and garlic are translucent/soft, about 10 minutes. Flame if possible. Add in all other ingredients, bring to boil, then turn down mix to a medium simmer.
Simmer for 20 minutes. stirring constantly. Run through strainer if you want a smooth sauce.
Makes 4 c..
