  1. Mix crumbs, parmesan cheese and oregano. Lb. breast thin. Cover with havarti or possibly swiss chesse. Roll up and brush with butter. Roll in crumb mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. Add in sauce and bake 10 min more.
  2. Makes 1 serving.
