2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil

Directions

combine everything except the oil and salt and pepper into a blender or food processor and pulse a few times. Add the oil and puse a couple more times. Taste and season. Make this a day ahead and refrigerate makes 2 cups
