  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Saute/fry the onion and garlic in chicken broth till soft. Remove from heat and cold slightly.
  3. In a large bowl, combine grnd meats, sauteed onion and garlic, egg whites, and marinara. Fold in bread crumbs, Parmesan, and herbs thoroughly.
  4. Form mix into a loaf shape and place in an ungreased 4- by 8-inch loaf pan. Brush with 2 Tbsp. of marinara sauce. Bake till cooked through for 40 to 50 min. Cold before cutting into 12 slices.
