Ingredients

  • 12 ounce low-fat pot cheese (dry cottage cheese)
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. white crme de cacao liqueur sugar substitute to equal 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp bottled orange peel (opt.)
  • 2 x egg whites
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 3 Tbsp. miniature chocolate chips graham-cracker pie shell ready-to-fill

Directions

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients in blender; cover and beat smooth.
  2. Meanwhile, combine egg whites and salt in a nonplastic mixer bowl; beat stiff with an electric mixer. Gently but thoroughly mix in the cheese mix; then gently mix in chocolate chips. Spoon into pie shell and bake in a preheated 325 oven 1 hour. Refrigeratebefore serving.
