Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 c. Onion ,minced
  • 2 x Garlic cloves , chopped
  • 19 ounce Black Beans , undrained
  • 1/2 c. Cooked ham , cubed (I leave out the meat)
  • 3/4 tsp Dry Italian Seasoning
  • 5 dsh Warm Pepper Sauce,3-5 drops
  • 2 c. Rice ,cooked

Directions

  1. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat till warm. Add in onion and garlic, cook 3-5 min or possibly till tender. Stil in all remeaining ingrediants except rice.
  2. Simmer, cover 6 to 8 min. Serve over rice.
