  • 1 x to 1-1/4 pounds Large shrimp (16 to 20)
  • 1 x 12oz bottle Red Stripe Beer
  • 1/4 c. Lime juice
  • 2 tsp Dry Jerk Seasoning
  • 3/4 c. Honey-Ginger Dipping Sauce

Directions

  1. Prepare a fire in the grill. Rinse the shrimp and devein, leaving the shell on the shrimp. Combine the beer, lime juice, and Dry Jerk Seasoning in a bowl and add in the shrimp. Marinate for about 5 min. Place the shrimp in a greased grill basket and grill over white-warm coals for about 5 min, turning once; or possibly broil for 3 to 5 min, turning once. Check for doneness, then serve with the dipping sauce.
