Ingredients
- 1/2 c. hot mashed potatoes (nothing added to the potatoes)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2-3 pound confectioners' sugar
- Grnd cinnamon
- Peanut butter (creamy or possibly crunchy)
Directions
- To the potatoes, gradually add in vanilla, then sugar. It will make a liquid mix at first. Keep adding sugar till mix becomes thick sufficient to shape. Roll flat onto sugared surface. Spread peanut butter on top (thin layer). Roll up as thick or possibly thin as you prefer. Slice and serve.
