  • 1 box Duncan Hines chocolate cake mix
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 4 large eggs
  • 3 T instant coffee
  • 3/4 c. Irish Whiskey
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 pkg. chocolate instant pudding
  • Tub of Cold Whip

Directions

  1. With an electric mixer put together all ingredients except Cool Whip. Mix for about 2 min; pour into greased and lightly floured bundt pan. Place in 350 degree preheated oven. Bake for 50 min or possibly till straw comes out clean. Invert and cool on a rack. Cut and serve with a dollop of Cool Whip. Just the thing for St. Patrick's Day.
