Ingredients
- 1 can Warm enchilada sauce
- 3/4 c. Tomato puree
- 1 Tbsp. Red chilies powdered
- 1/2 tsp Cumin grnd
- 1 pch Oregano
Directions
- Find a convenience Old El Paso Red "Enchilada" Sauce. This seems to be the best. And it can be turned into a respectable sauce by doing the following.
- Mix all ingredients together in a saucepan, bring to a simmer over medium heat, and simmer slowly for 2 to 3 min till the chili and cumin lose their raw taste.
