Ingredients

  • Instant oats - 1 cup (I used quaker oats)
  • Rava - 1/2 cup (I used Bombay rava, you can use wheat rava also)
  • Water - 1 cup or as required
  • Curd - 1/2 cup
  • Salt - to taste
  • Carrot - 1 medium , grated
  • Mustard Seeds - 1tsp
  • Green chilli - 2-3 , finely chopped
  • Few Broken Cashews
  • Hing - 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander leaves - Few finely chopped
  • Curry leaves -Few
  • Baking soda / fruit salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Oil - to grease idli plates
  • Oil - 1 tsp
