Directions

  1. Put first 7 ingredients in pot. Bring to a boil then add in next 4 ingredients and continue simmering until lentils are soft.
  2. Approx. 2 hours. Just before serving add in the minced parsley.
  3. NOTES : I had this for supper last night (and lunch, teehee). It was sooooo good!
