Ingredients
- 2 c. flour
- 4 rounded teaspoon baking pwdr
- About 3/4 to 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 to 1 c. tepid water (hot)
Directions
- Sift flour, baking pwdr, and salt together. Stir a few strokes to mix. Add in hot water, mix to make a "moist" dough. Put on floured board. Knead only to create a rounded ball of dough. Press and pat out to approximately 1/2 inch thick.
- Using a knife, cut in desired pcs making a slit in center of each piece.
