Ingredients: 8 ounce imitation crab; 9" pie crust; 3 large eggs, beaten; 1/4 c. half & half; 1 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce; 1 teaspoon prepared mustard; 2 dashes warm sauce or possibly to taste; 1/2 grated Swiss cheese; 1/2 c. grated Gruyere cheese

8 ounce imitation crab
9" pie crust
3 large eggs, beaten
1/4 c. half & half
1 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
2 dashes warm sauce or possibly to taste
1/2 grated Swiss cheese
1/2 c. grated Gruyere cheese

Directions

Mince imitation crab in food processor. In a bowl put together all ingredients and mix. Pour into pie crust. Bake in oven at 400 degrees for 40-45 min (or possibly till knife inserted near center comes clean). Let cool for 15 min.Serves 4-6. Good served with a salad.
