As a young adult I dieted on all kinds of crazy scenarios…so I’m defintely with you on moderation is best.
I’ve used Halloumi in the past and enjoyed its semi-melting texture very much.
Lately, I’ve been seeing a few people interested in this cheese. I’ve mentioned this on other blogs before…and I’ll hopefully service your readers too…If ever they have a hard time finding this cheese…it can also be found under the name of Doré-mi. I know that it sells in most grocery stores across Canada.
