Directions

  1. In a large bowl combine all above ingredients. Shape burgers into about ¼ inch thick patties and cook until golden char on either side or until desired preference. (Medium rare baby ;D) Ahem…moving right along…
  2. To plate, toast hamburger buns or Italian loaf. Dress up with tomatoes, lettuce, a splash of ketchup or Worcestershire sauce…and don’t forget the cheese. Time to party.
