Houston's Spinach And Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 ounce grated Romano
  • 1 lrg clove garlic
  • 10 ounce package of frzn spinach thawed and liquid removed
  • 6 1/4 jar of artichoke hearts
  • 8 ounce of soft garlic and chive cream cheese
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 4 ounce shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Put Romano cheese in a food processor turn machine on and drop garlic clove through feed tube to mince. Add in spinach, cream cheese, artichoke and Large eggs. Process until blended. Transfer to a large bowl and mix in mozzarella cheese. Put in a baking dish and bake 20-25 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips, lowfat sour cream, and salsa if you wish.
