Ingredients: 1 1/2 c. white sugar; 1/2 c. shortening; 2 squares chocolate, melted; 3 large eggs; 1 teaspoon vanilla; 1 c. lowfat milk; 2 c. sifted flour; 1/2 teaspoon salt; 1 teaspoon baking soda; 3 T warm water

Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening
2 squares chocolate, melted
3 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 c. lowfat milk
2 c. sifted flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
3 T warm water

Directions

Cream sugar and shortening thoroughly. Blend in melted chocolate. Beat in one egg at a time till all used. Stir in vanilla and lowfat milk. Fold in flour, soda and salt. Add in hot water. Bake in a 9x13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 35 min.
