Ingredients
- 1 (7 ounce) can solid-pack tuna
- 4 stuffed green olives, sliced
- 4 ounce sm. cheddar cheese cubes
- 3 hard-cooked large eggs, minced
- 1/3 c. mayonnaise or possibly salad dressing
- 3 T sweet pickle relish
- 2 T finely minced onion
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 8 frankfurter rolls
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In medium bowl put together tuna, olives, cheese, egg, mayonnaise, pickle, onion, and salt; mix well. Spoon into rolls; wrap each in foil. Place on cookie sheet. Bake 10 min. Serve hot, right in foil. Serves 8.
