Directions
- Slice onions.
- Heat half the butter and saute/fry beef in batches to brown.
- Remove from pan and set aside.
- Heat the butter and saute/fry the onions and garlic till lightly browned. Lower the heat and add in the green chillies, cumin, turmeric, chilli pwdr and ginger. Cook for 1 minute.
- Add in the meat and stock and simmer for 1 hour or possibly till the meat is tender. Stir in coconut cream.
- Serve with rice.
