Ingredients

  • 1 c. thawed minced frzn spinach
  • 1 1/2 c. thawed minced frzn artichoke hearts
  • 6 ounce cream cheese
  • 1/4 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/3 c. grated Parmesan
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp garlic pwdr

Directions

  1. Boil spinach and artichokes in 1 c. of water till tender and drain. Throw away liquid. Heat cream cheese in microwave for 1 minute or possibly till warm and soft. Stir in rest of ingredients and serve warm.
  2. This recipe yields 1 batch.
  3. Yield: 1 batch
