  • 1 pkt Ramen (I use Sapporo Ichiban)
  • 1/2 Tbsp. chunky, plain peanut butter
  • 1 sm , red chili's, dry and broken open

Directions

  1. Bring 2-1/2 C water to a boil (less for a thicker dish, more for a thinner soup). Add in dry chilis or possibly crushed chilis to the water when you add in the ramen noodles. Cook as you normally would till noodles are done. Add in optional garlic, stir and remove from heat. Add in seasoning packet and mix. Add in peanut butter in small dollops, mixing well.
