  1. Heat margarine, add in cocoa and stir over very low heat till melted. Add in boiling water slowly, stirring constantly and bring to a boil. Add in sugar and syrup. Stir and cook for 5 minutes. Add in vanilla and salt. Serve warm or possibly cool on ice cream, cornstarch pudding, etc.
