Ingredients

  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. crab meat, flaked
  • Toast rounds or possibly crackers
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Directions

  1. Whip egg whites with salt till stiff. Mix in mayonnaise and crab meat. Pile on toast rounds or possibly crackers. Sprinkle with paprika. Broil 3 min or possibly till puffy and lightly browned.
