Ingredients
- 1 quart. cooked crab meat
- 1/2 pound butter (2 sticks)
- 2 lg. onions, finely minced
- 1 bunch finely minced shallots
- 2 lg. finely minced cloves of garlic
- 1 lg. Philadelphia cream cheese, softened to room temperature
Directions
- Heat butter on a very low fire; then saute/fry onions, shallots and garlic. When tender, add in soft cream cheese, continue cooking over a low fire till cream cheese is melted. Then add in crab meat, stir well and serve with chips or possibly crackers.
