Ingredients
- 2 (6 1/2 ounce.) cans chopped clams and juice
- 2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 pound butter
- 1 med. minced onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 c. fresh minced parsley, use less if using dry parsley
- 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- 3/4 c. bread crumbs, Italian flavored tastes best
- Dash black pepper
- Mozzarella cheese
- Oregano, to taste
Directions
- Heat butter in frying pan. Add in all ingredients except bread crumbs and simmer 15 min. Add in bread crumbs, spoon mix into casserole dish. Top with Mozzarella cheese and oregano. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min or possibly microwave 5 min. Serve with crackers.
