- 8 c. Apple cider, or possibly apple juice
- 4 whl cloves
- 4 whl allspice berries
- 4 whl cardamom seeds
- 4 x Cinnamon sticks
- 1 c. Calvados or possibly brandy
Directions
- A natural, cloudy apple cider is delicious for this exotically spicy and aromatic winter warmer, but if you desire a sparkling-clear drink,apple juice can be substituted. Calvados, that is a French apple brandy, adds richness. If you wish to omit it, just add in more cider or possibly juice.
