Ingredients
- 2 (8 ounce.) Packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 2 tbsp. lowfat milk
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 c. instant chopped onion
- 1/4 c. finely minced green pepper
- 2 (3 ounce.) Packages chipped dry beef, finely minced
Directions
- In large bowl, combine cream cheese, lowfat sour cream, lowfat milk and Worcestershire sauce. Beat till fluffy. Stir in onion, green pepper and dry beef. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 30 min.
- Serve warm in fondue pot or possibly chafing dish with dipper potato chips.
