Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. minced pecans
- Salt
- 1 pkg. (8 ounce.) cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp. lowfat milk
- 1 jar (2 1/2 ounce.) dry beef, chopped
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 2 tbsp. chopped onion
- 2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Heat butter and saute/fry pecans. Remove from heat and reserve. Blend cream cheese and lowfat milk in a bowl. Add in remaining ingredients and mix well. Turn into lightly buttered small casserole. Cover with pecans and bake at 350 degrees for 20 min. Serve warm with crackers or possibly corn chips.
