Ingredients

  • 3 cans boned chicken
  • 3 hard cooked Large eggs, boiled
  • 1/4 c. grated American cheese
  • 2 tbsp. green pepper, diced
  • 2 tbsp. grated onion
  • 3 tbsp. minced olives, stuffed
  • 3 tbsp. sweet pickle relish mix with mayonnaise

Directions

  1. Spread on large sandwich buns. Hard buns work best. Wrap in foil keep refrigerated till needed. Can be made a day ahead. Should be refrigerated at least 2 hrs before using. Bake in 325 degree oven for 1/2 hour. Serve in foil. Makes 12 sandwiches.
