Ingredients

  • 3 pound whole chicken, boiled, minced up & skinned
  • 3 c. minced celery
  • 1 c. minced pecans
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Healthy pinch of pepper
  • Shake of garlic salt
  • 1/2 a chopped onion
  • 3 T lemon juice
  • 2 c. crushed potato chips
  • 1/2 c. grated cheese

Directions

  1. Put together everything but potato chips and 1/2 cup grated cheese. Put in greased casserole dish and bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 min. Last 5 min, sprinkle on 1/2 cup grated cheese and top with crushed chips.
