Ingredients

  • 1 (8 1/2 ounce.) can artichoke hearts, liquid removed & cut up
  • 1 (6 ounce.) jar marinated artichoke hearts, liquid removed & cut up
  • 1 (4 ounce.) can diced green chilies
  • 2 c. grated med. Cheddar cheese, divided
  • 6 tbsp. mayonnaise

Directions

  1. Cut artichokes into bite-size (small pcs). Add in chilies and 1 c. cheese; blend well. Spoon into shallow casserole dish. Spread mayonnaise on top and remaining 1 c. cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min till bubbly. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
