- Cut artichokes into bite-size (small pcs). Add in chilies and 1 c. cheese; blend well. Spoon into shallow casserole dish. Spread mayonnaise on top and remaining 1 c. cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min till bubbly. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
