Directions

  1. Grease a baking dish (7x11). Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In skillet, heat oil and saute/fry onion and garlic till limp but not brown.
  2. Beat Large eggs to a froth; chop artichokes in very small pcs and add in to skillet. Stir onion, crumbs, cheese, parsley and seasonings. Turn mix into baking dish and bake for 25-30 min till set when lightly touched.
