Ingredients
- 2 lbs. grnd beef
Directions
- 2 c. minced (total) onions, celery, green peppers 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 c. evaporated lowfat milk 1/2 c. ketchup 2 Large eggs, lightly beaten 1 c. bread crumbs
- Combine seasonings in small bowl and set aside.
- Saute/fry vegetables in melted butter till they are soft; add in seasoning mix, Worcestershire sauce and saute/fry till mix starts sticking. Add in lowfat milk and ketchup; cook another few min. Remove from heat.
- Combine the grnd beef with remaining ingredients. Add in the vegetable mix; combine well.
- Shape into loaf. Bake uncovered for 45 min to an hour at 350 degrees. Serves 6.
