Ingredients
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 (4 ounce.) can minced green chilies, liquid removed
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 2 tbsp. sliced green onion
- 2 tbsp. minced tomato
Directions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients except onion and tomato. Spoon into 9-inch pie plate. Bake 20-25 min or possibly till lightly browned. Sprinkle with onions and tomatoes. Serve with tortilla chips, crackers or possibly pita bread wedges. Makes 2 1/2 c..
