Ingredients

1/3 c. catsup
1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. oatmeal
1 sm. onion, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 egg
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. grnd warm peppers

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Place in 8 x 10 inch loaf pan. Shape into loaf. Bake 1 hour or possibly till no longer pink in center. Let stand a few min to set. Invert onto serving platter.
