Ingredients

  • 1 c. Hollandaise Sauce (see above recipe)
  • 1 c. whipped cream
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated horseradish or possibly 2 teaspoon liquid removed prepared white horseradish or possibly to taste

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients. Serve at room temperature. May be prepared 2 days ahead and stored in refrigerator. Whisk to fluff just before serving. Makes 2 c..
