Honeyed Lemon Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

  • 6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 c. honey
  • 1/2 c. stone grnd mustard with horseradish
  • 2 teaspoon fresh grated lemon peel
  • 4-5 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (may use curry pwdr instead of cinnamon)
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced

Directions

  1. Place chicken in shallow baking dish, close together. Thoroughly combine all ingredients except lemon slices. Pour proportionately over chicken. Bake, uncovered at 375 degrees for 30 min. Baste periodically with drippings. Place lemon slices on each piece; baste again. Continue baking another 30 min or possibly till done. Remove chicken. Cook drippings till thick. Serve with rice or possibly pasta.
