- 1Â 1/4 c. Honey
- 1/2 pkt Plain gelatine
- 1 c. Lowfat milk
- 3 pt Lowfat milk
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 3 x Large eggs

Directions
- Put 1 c. cool lowfat milk in plain gelatine, let stand 5 min. Put 1 pint lowfat milk to heat, but don't boil, stir in warm lowfat milk, well beaten egg yolks and soaked gelatine. Pour through wire strainer. Stir honey in balance of cool lowfat milk, add in to geletine mix. Whip cream if possible; this is not necessary, it makes a smoother cream. Add in salt, vanilla and lastly beat egg whites stiff and add in. Freeze. Can be served at once but improves by standing a few hrs.
