  • 1/2 c. chopped (fine) yellow onion
  • 2 lg. chopped cloves fresh garlic
  • 1/4 c. Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 c. mild honey
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon curry pwdr
  • 2 teaspoon mango chutney
  • Sm. handful dry currants or possibly raisins

Directions

  1. Heat butter in saucepan, saute/fry onions and garlic. Add in remaining ingredients (except chicken) and saute/fry.
